We hope this newsletter finds you well and excited about the upcoming end-of-term holiday.

Thanking Our Incredible Families

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the families who sponsored our recent “Lap-a-Thon” and participated in the “Sockable” fundraising for replacement soccer goals. Donations have been coming in from as far as the U.S.A. Many thanks to you all. The students ran well together and were highly motivated by the challenge. Thanks to their fitness levels and your generosity, we’ve already received over $4000 in contributions. With this incredible support, we’re on track to purchase the much-needed soccer goals for our school. Your dedication to our community is truly remarkable! A special thanks also goes to Sporty Sarah and the Student Board for their organisation behind the scenes.

Students Shine at RAC Arena

In August, our talented students and our Music teacher Galina had the remarkable opportunity to perform at the prestigious RAC Arena for the One Big Voice 2023 event. Their dedication and enthusiasm were on full display, and we couldn’t be prouder of their fantastic performance. Well done to our Quinny superstars for their sensational singing, dancing, and collaboration with hundreds of other students. It was lovely seeing so many families in attendance as well.

Quinny Student Board

Throughout this term, our Student Board has demonstrated exceptional leadership, creativity, and a genuine commitment to our school. Here are some of their incredible initiatives:

  • Introducing the brilliant idea of fundraising for our much-needed soccer goals.
  • Implemented class ideas boxes to give everyone a platform to share their suggestions and ideas.
  • Meeting with the Salvation Army to learn about charitable causes and ways to reduce homelessness.

We are immensely proud of the dedication and leadership displayed by our first Student Board. We look forward to seeing the continued growth and positive impact that our Student Board brings next term.

Wishing You a Wonderful End-of-Term Break

As we approach the end of this term, we’d like to wish everyone a relaxing and enjoyable end-of-term holiday. It’s a well-deserved break for our students, staff, and families. Please take this time to recharge and spend quality moments with loved ones.

Thank you once again for your unwavering support and involvement in our school community. We look forward to the exciting times ahead in the final term. Stay safe, have fun, and we’ll see you soon!

Warm regards,

Principal Elliott
