• Tour Quintilian with our school Principal or the Registrar or attend an Open Morning.
• Tours run every Tuesdaysat 9.30am for 2024. Book your place here.

The Application for enrolment Form_2024 should be completed, signed and emailed to the registrar.

Orientation Mornings for new students

The Orientation Morning is held in late November and are an opportunity for new and existing students to meet one another and their teacher for next year.

Invitations are sent to each new child and their parents, asking them to join us.

Parents are also welcome to stay for a cup of tea.

When making an enquiry please have the following information at hand:

• Your children’s birth dates.
• Your Visa Grant Notice Number and Status.
• Expected date of commencement for schooling.

Apply:

• The Application for enrolment Form_2024 should be completed, signed and emailed to the registrar.
• Application Fees can be paid electronically.

Tour:

• A tour and interview will be conducted upon your arrival.
• Please make time  for a tour of the school and interview with children (if in Australia or visiting Perth prior to moving here). Tours provide an excellent opportunity for you and your child to view the school in action and to ask any questions you may have.

Enrol:

1. Receipt of your application will be acknowledged in writing.
2. Your child’s name is added to the waitlist.
3. When a place is available, an offer will be made. Positions are allocated based on the School’s protocol and enrolment policy. An enrolment offer letter will be emailed.
4. You accept or decline the offer.
5. To accept the offer, the relevant enrolment documentation must be completed and returned along with a non-refundable enrolment fee from Pre-Primary upwards and a refundable bond payment for all students.

Offers of enrolment are made as places become available and a non-refundable Enrolment Fee is required to complete the enrolment.

• The enrolment fee applies once only per family from Pre-Primary to Year 6. It is no longer required for Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten.
• A refundable bond is also paid per student.
• A reduction of 10% on the tuition component of the fees is offered for a second child attending the school, 15% for a third child.

Notification_of_leaving_form

Parents/Guardians must provide one school term’s written Notice of Withdrawal of enrolment, prior to the first day of the relevant school term.

The student bond will only be returned if the written Notification_of_leaving of enrolment is given to the Principal and/or Registrar in this time frame.

Please note these important dates in regards to wanting to withdraw your child from the school, for any reason.

Following are the applicable dates for 2024:

If your student is not continuing at the school in the following year, notice must be in by the final day of Term 3.
