You are also very welcome to book a private tour with our registrar – Rachel Tierney.

The enrolment fee applies once only per family from Pre-Primary to Year 6. It is no longer required for Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten.

Local Enrolments

The simple steps involved in enrolment are:

  • Call the Registrar or Principal Neil on 9383 4274
  • Tour Quintilian with Neil or the Registrar or attend an Open Morning
  • Make an appointment with Principal Neil if required

International Enrolment

Moving from overseas can be a very challenging time for all the family and we would like to help to make the change as smooth as possible. Here are a few helpful hints for you when making an enrolment enquiry.

MAKING AN INITIAL ENQUIRY

To make an initial enquiry, either phone (61) 8 9383 4274 or email the registrar.

When making an enquiry please have the following information at hand:

  • Your children’s birth dates
  • Your Visa Grant Notice Number and Status (eg permanent resident/long term business)
  • Expected date of commencement for schooling

FOLLOWING INITIAL CONTACT, THE REGISTRAR WILL:

  • Make a time for a tour of the school and interview with children (if in Australia or visiting Perth prior to moving here).  Tours provide an excellent opportunity for you and your child to view the school in action and to ask any questions you may have.
  • Following the tour you can complete an application form and return with the relevant supporting documentation and application fee and lodge with the registrar.

IF APPLYING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

  • The application form should be completed, signed, scanned and emailed to the registrar
  • Fees can be paid electronically
  • A tour and interview will be conducted upon your arrival.

The above process can take up to a week to complete, so please take this into consideration when planning commencement dates. Visa approvals must be in place prior to commencement of students.

ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION FORM AND PAID YOUR APPLICATION FEE, WHAT HAPPENS?

  1. Receipt of your application will be acknowledged in writing.
  2. Your child’s name is added to the waitlist.
  3. When a place is available, an offer will be made. Positions are allocated based on the School’s protocol and enrolment policy.
  4. You accept or decline the offer.
  5. To accept the offer, the relevant enrolment documentation must be completed and returned along with a non-refundable enrolment fee and a refundable bond payment.
Orientation Mornings

Orientation Mornings are held in late November and are an opportunity for new and existing students to meet one another and their teacher for next year.

Invitations are sent to each new child and their parents, asking them to join us.

Orientation Mornings for new students for 2022:

Pre-Kindergarten – Tuesday 23 November 2021, 9am-10.30am

Kindergarten to Year 6 – Thursday 25 November 2021, 9am – 10.30am
Parents are also welcome to stay for a cup of tea.

Offers of enrolment are made as places become available and a fee is required to complete the enrolment.

Notice of Leaving

Withdrawal Dates

Parents/Guardians must provide one school term’s written Notice of Withdrawal of enrolment, prior to the first day of the relevant school term.

The student bond will only be returned if the written Notice of Withdrawal of enrolment is given to the Principal and/or Registrar in this time frame.

Please note these important dates in regards to wanting to withdraw your child from the school, for any reason.

Following are the applicable dates for 2021:

Leaving Term Date Withdrawal Dates
End of Year 2020 Prior to 25 September 2020

Preferably Friday 25 Sept the final day of Term 3 – 2020.

Term 2  2021 Prior to Tuesday 2 February 2020

Prior to the first day of Term 1 – 2020.

 Term 3  2021 Prior to Tuesday 20 April 2021

Preferably Thursday 1 April the final day of Term 1 – 2021.

Term 4  2021 Prior to Tuesday 27 July 2021

Preferably Friday 2 July the final day of Term 2 – 2021.

If your student is not continuing at the school in the following year, notice must be in by the final day of Term 3.
