Getting started by taking a tour of Quintilian School with our Registrar. Tours run frequently during the school term – book your place here.

When you’re ready for the next step:

• Submit your application form and ID documents
• Attend a short interview/Meet and Greet with the Principal
• Successful applicants receive a letter of offer, and can pay relevant enrolment fees online.

When making an enquiry please have the following information at hand:

• Your visa grant notice number and status
• Expected date of commencement for schooling and duration of stay.
• Please note that the minimum period of enrolment is one school term (ten weeks).

Upon arrival in Australia, or earlier if you are visiting Perth prior to your relocation, we will offer a tour of the school ahead of your child’s first day.

Offers of enrolment are made as places become available. A waiting list is available for expressions of interest in places that are unavailable for current years, or for enrolment in future years.

• The application fee of $300 is non-refundable and applies to all applications.
• The enrolment fee of $2500 applies once only per family from Pre-Primary to Year 6. It is not required for families with the eldest child in Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten.
• A refundable bond of $1600 is paid per student and is returned when the student leaves the school, if they provide at least one school term’s written notice of leaving.
• A reduction of 10% on the tuition component of the fees is offered for a second child attending the school, and 15% for a third or additional child.

Orientation Mornings for new students

The Orientation Morning is held in late November and is an opportunity for new and existing students to meet one another and their teacher for next year.

Invitations are sent to each new child and their parents, asking them to join us.

Parents are also welcome to stay for a cup of tea.

Parents/Guardians must provide written notice of withdrawal at least one school term prior to the first day of the term that they will leave.

The student bond will only be returned if the written Notification of Leaving form is submitted to the Registrar in this time frame.

Please note these important dates in regards to wanting to withdraw your child from the school, for any reason.

Following are the applicable dates for 2024:

If your student is not continuing at the school in the following year, notice must be submitted by the final day of Term 3.
